The human resource management and its objectives have drastically changed in recent years with evolution in business and globalization, Unlike the traditional functions which included hiring and appraising, the human resource management is been engaged with several other activities like talent management, employee retention, compensating employees and also training and development policies which overall contributes in organizational development and profit maximization. As the employers investment so much time, money and efforts in recruiting right people in organization the organization will of course expect returns on their investment and these returns are possible only if the employees retain in organization for longer period (Olenski, 2015).
